Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than one (1) day prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge of the first night booked plus tax. If the room you are booking is labeled as non-refundable, non-cancellable or similar, all cancellations will incur a 100% charge, regardless of the date in which the cancellation is requested.
Terms and Conditions
GENERAL Your contract is with Sri Ganesha, LLC who operates DBA: (Doing Business As) The “La Petite Sedona” a Property in Sedona Arizona. The general terms and conditions herein together with the Privacy Policy, Bookings & Cancellations Policy, Fee Schedule & Property Schedule and Add-Ons available on the La Petite Sedona Website (collectively, as may be varied, amended and/or supplemented from time to time, these "Terms and Conditions") and the booking confirmation issued by La Petite Sedona confirming your booking ("Booking Confirmation") shall constitute a legally binding contract between you and La Petite Sedona and shall be further supplemented by the internal rules and regulations that apply specifically to the Property. In these Terms and Conditions, the words "we" or "us" means La Petite Sedona and its employees, officers, agents, suppliers and vendors, and use of the words "you" or "guest(s)/Guest(s)" means any and all persons staying at the property.
BOOKINGS Bookings may be made online at www.lapetitesedona.com (“La Petite Sedona Website”). Full payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept most major credit cards. The available payment options are displayed during the booking process on our La Petite Sedona Website. A payment processing fee may apply (Please refer to the Fee Schedule). For walk-in bookings at the Property, we also accept cash payments with valid driver’s license, and a credit card on file. Once your booking has been successfully completed, a Booking Confirmation will be issued in respect of each room booked and sent to the email address provided at time of booking. You MUST produce your Booking Confirmation(s) upon check-in at the Property, together with your original valid photo identification document (national registration identity card, passport, driver's license or other identification card or document as the Property may require). If you do not receive your Booking Confirmation(s) within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of booking, please contact us via the La Petite Sedona Website (Please refer to Contact Us) Credit card bookings made within five (5) days prior to check-in date will require presentation of the credit card used for payment of the booking during check-in. Failure to do so may delay your check-in process. The 'Guest' named in the Booking Confirmation must be the person staying at the Property otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the booking. You may call La Petite Sedona at 1-(800) 836-7301 to check your booking status At all times during the booking process, you will be advised to ensure the accuracy of your booking details (guest details, stay dates, room types, room rates, number of guest(s), Add-Ons). La Petite Sedona will not be responsible or liable for errors in booking details. Bookings are accepted subject to room availability.
ROOM RATES Room rates shown on the La Petite Sedona Website are charged on a per room per night basis. Meals and Add-Ons are not included. Room rates include local city, bed, and state applicable tax and are subject to change Room rates and details are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.
LA PETITE SEDONA ROOMS La Petite Sedona room types are as follows.
• QUEEN ROOM - 1 Queen-size bed. Maximum Occupancy - 2 Guests
• SMALL COTTAGE - 1 Queen-size bed. Maximum Occupancy - 2 Guests
• DELUXE COTTAGE - 1 Queen-size bed. Maximum Occupancy - 2 Guests
• SUPERIOR DOUBLE ROOM - 1 Queen-size bed + 1 Full-size bed. Maximum Occupancy - 3 Guests
• FAMILY ROOM - 2 Queen-size beds. Maximum Occupancy - 4 Guests
• KING ROOM - 1 King-size bed. Maximum Occupancy - 2 Guests
• QUEEN ROOM UPPER LEVEL - 1 Queen-size bed. Maximum Occupancy - 2 Guests
• KING ROOM LOWER LEVEL - 1 King-size bed. Maximum Occupancy - 2 Guests
• STANDARD DOUBLE SUITE - 2 Queen-size beds. Maximum Occupancy - 4 Guests
• QUEEN ROOM WITH BALCONY - 2 Queen-size beds. Maximum Occupancy - 4 Guests
The following amenities are not available in our rooms: • Daily Room service, wardrobe, iron and ironing board, bathrobe, mini-bar, cots • Additional or extra beds, pillows or duvets
The Following amenities are available in our rooms • In-room television, telephone, desk, chairs, heating and air-conditioning, soap, shampoo, towels, coffee makers, microwaves and refrigerators, hairdryers in some rooms.
La Petite Sedona practices a strict NO SMOKING policy and all smoking must be 20 ft from all entrances. Failure to comply with this policy entitles us to terminate your booking and stay at the Property at our sole discretion and you must leave the Property immediately without compensation or reimbursement. You shall be liable for any costs, loss or damage incurred by La Petite Sedona, including without limitation any loss or damage to the Property room, premises or property or incurred by Property guests or third party, arising from your failure to comply with this policy and La Petite Sedona reserves the right to charge you for any such costs, loss or damaged incurred by La Petite Sedona or any Property guests or third party. RESTRICTIONS: You may not bring the following into our Property: • any electrical appliances and/or equipment for heating and/or cooking purposes La Petite Sedona reserves the right to remove and/or confiscate any of the above items found in any Property room immediately without notice to you and to charge you for any costs incurred for taking such action or for any loss or damage caused to the Property room, premises or property or to any Property guests or third party as a result of your failure to comply with this policy. La Petite Sedona further reserves the right to ask you to leave the Property and remove your belongings from the room immediately if we shall, in our sole opinion, deem that you have used the Property room in an irresponsible manner or in a manner that will compromise the safety of, or cause damage, exceed number of occupancy per room, and/or harm to the Property room, the Property premises, the other Property guests, our staff or any other persons or the reputation of La Petite Sedona, without any compensation and/or any reimbursement to you. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT La Petite Sedona operates a strict check-in and check-out policy, the times of which vary from Property to Property. Please refer to the Property Schedule. Check-in: Check-in between 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. If you will be arriving after 7:00 pm, please call the property directly to inform them regarding Late Check-in procedures. CANCELLING AFTER the cancellation policy deadline or a NO SHOW means La Petite Sedona shall be entitled to charge the room. No refunds will be provided for the cancelled booking. A refundable key card deposit and or hard key may be required upon check-in to cover loss or damage of the key card issued. (Please refer to the Fee Schedule). Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00 am. La Petite Sedona reserves the right, without further notice to you, to charge you an additional one (1) night's stay at the then prevailing room rate or remove your belongings into the luggage storage facility (luggage storage charges may apply) and deny you further access into the room. La Petite Sedona shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings as a result of the action(s) taken.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS Payments made for bookings (including Add-Ons) are non-refundable. Changes Change of Guest name on your booking is allowed if made three (3) full days or more before check-in date subject to a Name Change Fee. (Please refer to the Fee Schedule) No changes to stay dates, room category or duration of stay may be made but you are entitled to cancel the booking and make a new booking with the Property, subject to availability and to the terms of cancellation below.
CANCELLATIONS Booking cancellations MUST be made at least 2 days (48 hrs) before your scheduled check-in date. A cancellation fee applies for each Booking Confirmation. Any cancellation made less than two days from the scheduled check-in date (irrespective of the number of stay dates booked) or any no-show in respect of a booking will result in the total payment under that Booking Confirmation being forfeited irrespective of the number of stay dates remaining.
OPTIONAL FACILITIES Luggage Storage Luggage storage is available only for guests currently staying with the Property to store their luggage or other personal belongings before check-in or after check-out, at the Property’s option. You may purchase this through the Propertys' front desk at a minimal charge (Please refer to the Fee Schedule). Each item of luggage will be tagged with a luggage identification tag and may only be retrieved by the bearer of the tag. If the tag cannot be produced during collection, we may nevertheless allow the luggage to be collected if the person claiming it can establish, to our satisfaction, his/her right or authority to collect the luggage and La Petite Sedona shall not be liable for any loss or damage for releasing the luggage accordingly. Each piece of luggage must weigh no more than 30 lb and may not exceed 28" x 22" x 14" in size. The maximum storage period is one (1) day (one (1) week for Tune Property KLIA2). Should your luggage or item remain unclaimed upon expiry of the maximum storage period allowed, La Petite Sedona/the Property reserves the absolute right and discretion to either continue storing the luggage (luggage storage charges shall continue to apply and you shall be liable for such charges) or to dispose of the luggage or item without any liability to you. You use the Property luggage storage facilities at your own risk. La Petite Sedona will not be responsible for loss of or damage to the luggage, the contents therein or your personal belongings (including any valuables, even if we have been advised) during storage or during the disposal process however caused and you hereby release La Petite Sedona from any liability in respect thereof.
DAMAGE You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the Property premises or property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the Property) during your stay. La Petite Sedona reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by La Petite Sedona as a result of the aforesaid. Regardless, La Petite Sedona further reserves the right to commence legal proceedings against you without notice.
RIGHT TO REFUSE ACCOMMODATION La Petite Sedona reserves the right to refuse accommodation to you or any person(s) without any notice and terminate any booking without being liable for any refund or compensation for the following reasons: • the booking has been paid through fraudulent means • the booking has been altered by anyone other than La Petite Sedona or La Petite Sedona's authorized agent or has been tampered with or the Booking Confirmation has been defaced (in which case La Petite Sedona reserves the right to retain such booking documentation) • the person checking in is not or cannot prove that he/she is the person named in the Booking Confirmation • as permitted under the provisions of these Terms and Conditions LIMITATION OF LIABILITY La Petite Sedona is responsible for providing the room(s) stated in the Booking Confirmation(s) and according to these Terms and Conditions. We do not accept any liability for failure to provide the services contracted or any of them due to circumstances beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, La Petite Sedona does not accept any liability arising out of any occurrences beyond its control including but not limited to acts of terrorism, acts of God, fire, flood, war, strikes, riot, theft, delay, cancellation, civil disaster, government regulations or changes in itinerary or schedule. Without affecting any statutory consumer rights or other laws that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited, La Petite Sedona will not be liable for loss of any kind whatsoever arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your booking, use of the La Petite Sedona Website or stay at the Property even if caused or contributed to by La Petite Sedona’s negligence, wrongful act / omission or breach of these terms and conditions or breach of duty or otherwise. All activities have inherent risks to health and safety and La Petite Sedona will not be responsible for any eventualities related to any activities or services booked through the La Petite Sedona Website or during your stay at the Property. La Petite Sedona will not be responsible for any loss or damage of property left in Guest's room and/or the Property at all times. Guests are advised to obtain insurance to cover curtailment, and loss of luggage, personal effects, damages, personal injury and money/valuable belongings.
PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION La Petite Sedona will retain all personal information you provide during booking. By making a booking with us or using the La Petite Sedona Website, you consent to our use and/or disclosure of your personal details to La Petite Sedona, related corporations, associates, subsidiaries, affiliates, assignees, proposed assignees, agents, commercial partners, service providers and/or any other parties engaged by us to enable or assist us in the provision of services or to exercise or enforce our rights hereunder and/or any other party as La Petite Sedona may, in our sole and absolute discretion, deem necessary for the following purposes: • to process your booking and for other administrative purposes • to provide you customer support and services • to send you information on products and services, and special or promotional offers, newsletters or customer survey forms and questionnaires. You may unsubscribe from these at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe link” on the relevant email communications. We may also be legally obliged to disclose, and you irrevocably consent to our disclosing, your personal information to government and enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies and public authorities or as may be required by law. We will use our best ability to use your personal information in the manner stated herein and will not otherwise disclose your personal information without your prior written consent.COOKIES La Petite Sedona uses cookies in our webpages to: • maintain your session and required details when you browse the La Petite Sedona Website, during account registration and during the booking process (session cookie) • collect website usage data for statistical/analytics purposes (analytics cookie) • direct you to the correct landing page based on your geo-location (geo-targeting cookie) You may instruct your browser, by changing its settings, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites that you visit. La Petite Sedona Website will not function properly if cookie setting is disabled. COPYRIGHT & TRADE MARKS The La Petite Sedona Website including the booking and other applications, text, graphics, designs, audio and video clips, Property and destination information and all other content thereon are the property of La Petite Sedona and/or its content suppliers. You may use the La Petite Sedona Website and its content solely for personal, non-commercial and private use subject always to applicable copyright laws. All trademarks, trade names, service marks and all other marks, whether registered or unregistered, on the La Petite Sedona Website are owned by or licensed to La Petite Sedona and their respective owners and may not be used, reproduced or modified without the prior written approval of La Petite Sedona.
DISCLAIMER The La Petite Sedona Website, the services provided and all content thereon are supplied "as is" and "as available". La Petite Sedona provides no guarantee regarding the website and content. You are solely responsible for your use thereof. While we will make every effort to ensure that the information on the La Petite Sedona Website is accurate and published in good faith. Without affecting any statutory consumer rights that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited, La Petite Sedona does not warrant or represent the accuracy of the information displayed and disclaims to the maximum extent permitted by law all warranties expressed or implied by statute, custom or usage. La Petite Sedona will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive losses or damage (including without limitation loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of reputation and loss of, or damage to data), arising out of the La Petite Sedona Website or the use thereof or any services purchased from the La Petite Sedona Website, or any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the services or content provided howsoever caused. GOVERNING LAWS Your contract with La Petite Sedona is governed by the laws of Arizona and all disputes will be settled in Coconino County.
CHANGES TO THE THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS La Petite Sedona reserves the right to cancel, amend or vary the arrangements and content featured on the La Petite Sedona Website and/or change, amend, vary or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You will be notified of any changes to these Terms and Conditions as made available on the La Petite Sedona Website. Please check the La Petite Sedona Website regularly for updates to these Terms and Conditions.
CONFLICT BETWEEN ENGLISH TEXT AND OTHER LANGUAGE TEXT If there is any conflict or discrepancy between the English text of these Terms and Conditions and any translation thereof into any other language, the English text shall prevail.
Car Parking: Each room has numbered parking. Additional parking for large vehicles or extra vehicles are available upon request for La Petite Sedona Staff.
